The Bigger Vision
At Transfer Out, we believe restoration is meant to multiply.
What is beginning as one healing home is just the beginning. Our long-term vision is to see entire communities transformed through discipleship, inner healing, and practical empowerment—one life at a time.
Patterned Restoration HomesWe envision establishing additional restoration homes modeled after our first—safe, Christ-centered environments where women can heal from trauma, break cycles of fear and bondage, and be equipped for life, faith, and leadership. Each home will reflect the heart of Quiet Waters, adapted for the needs of the local community.
A Retreat & Training CenterWe’re planning a peaceful retreat space where women, volunteers, and leaders can pause to rest, heal, and receive deeper ministry. This space will also serve as a hub for training future coaches, mentors, and ministry partners.
A Thrift Store With PurposeWe see a future thrift store that does more than raise funds—it provides job training, dignity, and a bridge to independence for women re-entering the workforce.
Sustainable TransformationThis vision is not just about growth, but multiplication. We are committed to reproducing sustainable, spirit-led models of healing and discipleship that empower others to carry the same mission into their own churches, cities, and regions.
